OYO 91010 Furich Hotel — Hotel in Pahang

Booked at Booking.com for RM 56.34, receptionist says need to add RM 19 cuz Booking.com always underpriced their rooms 🤦🏻 had to do it cuz I arrived late, already 10pm & Booking.com already deduct the RM 56.34 from my debit card. Would've gone to Mazz Hotel instead for that additional price. If its RM 5, ok lagi, ni 30% extra, for what? Cockroaches & ants in the room. You can't even finish 1 meal and the anta already around your food & drinks. Cleanliness is very bad. Smelly room, and I think the plumbing smells the worst. Almost broken furniture still in use. I almost fell out of my chair, it's crooked. So is the table, I had to straighten the table leg myself.

Already report the price difference to KPDNHEP. This hotel IS VERY BAD. Do yourself a favour,...

Booked via booking.com and we're sure that we've been scammed by the hotel. The pictures from booking.com WERE TOTALLY DIFFERENT from the actual hotel. The rooms are labelled by numbers but our room was not, made it difficult to find. We ended up opening a room that was occupied and felt sorry for the customer inside. The water hose in the toilet was leaking and hard to use. The room was dirty, the air-cond was not cold and the bed made noises. This not even a hotel , not lift friendly building you need take your belongings via staircase only. I booked for family room but I ended up get different room and I cancelled my room after saw the room condition.
