For your information, this is our 2nd trip to Have2. The first trip was on 3rd january 2022, and 2nd trip was on 27-29 march 2022. The place was excellent, the setting-spacious, wonderful for relaxation. However, the outdoor maintenance was left to be desired- leaves not rake, the artificial grass area was not rake too, indoor furnitures were dusty, but most disappointing experience that we encountered was when there were 2 water disruptions caused by burst pipe. When we called the management, the respond from them was very disappointing. They were not responsive and sensitive to our complaints. You have to bring pretty much everything with you on this trip, toothpaste, shampoo, food, drinks, salt, sugar, etc. Pool water is not clear/clean..
