Formal complaint against two hotel staff rineetha and fiona
To whom it may concern,
I am writing not as a review, but as a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior of two particular staff members Rineetha and Fiona during my recent stay.
As a regular guest who frequently checks in for business trips, I’ve always appreciated the warm hospitality shown by most of the staff, especially the Malay team members who are consistently respectful, welcoming, and professional. However, my experience today with Rineetha and Fiona was shockingly disappointing and completely out of line with the standards I’ve come to expect from this hotel.
In particular, Rineetha approached me in an extremely rude and arrogant manner, questioning why I was passing through the hotel lobby multiple times “without extending my room card,” as though this was some kind of offense. Her tone was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role. I was stunned by the level of attitude and lack of professionalism she displayed she behaved more like a thug than a hospitality staff member.
This is not an isolated incident. On multiple occasions, I have observed both Rineetha and Fiona gossiping about me and my partner as we pass through the lobby, often staring in a way that makes us feel uncomfortable and judged. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional it is completely unacceptable in a hospitality setting.
I cannot understand how or why the management has allowed this to continue. Are they unaware, or simply choosing to ignore it? If left unchecked, this type of staff conduct can seriously damage the hotel’s reputation and drive loyal guests like myself elsewhere. It’s not just the rooms and location that bring guests back it’s the way they are made to feel welcome, respected, and at home.
I urge the management to take this matter seriously and to investigate the behavior of these two staff members. I also expect appropriate action to be taken. No guest should ever be made to feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, or disrespected especially not by the very people who are employed to ensure the opposite.
I intend to speak directly with the manager on my next visit to ensure this matter is not brushed aside. Please take immediate action on them .
Sincerely , Ria & Thiviyan Raj 3rd to 5th april...

Read moreThe good: Ample parking space, next to 7-eleven, no deposit required upon checking in but needed to pay rm2 tax, comfortable beds and touch screen switches, automatic toilet, clean as this hotel seems quite new
The bad: Over usage of high tech items ie. The electronic toilet is annoying because it flushes on its own every I sit on it and flushes again when I leave the seat, some switches by the bedside are not working, the blackout window could not 100% prevent the sun from coming into the room as it was not perfectly installed, aircond in the room takes time to cool the room because it is not centralised, staff were not entirely friendly, only one key card was provided
Overall, while I had a good night's sleep, I was awaken by loud knocking and drilling sound at 9am as the hotel is still undergoing renovation. I think there was a sign at the check in counter to notify guests about this, but it really is unfair to guests who are paying to have a good sleep. Don't think they are being considerate as this is the minimum requirement to be met. There's a golf arcade and cafe at level 2 that can get pretty noisy at night if there's a live band playing. The hotel is also located next to the highway, making getting to and from the hotel very troublesome. Especially during festive seasons when the highway is all jammed up, getting to the hotel is extremely...
