Starbucks Caltex Juru R&R DT — Restaurant in Penang

Would like to share my experience today 11/8/2019. Today me and my husband stop for a coffee at Starbucks Caltex Juru Northbound around 7pm. We are so excited as this is the new Starbucks and the ambience is very nice and cozy. We had our coffee and cake and we took some photos. Then, we went home. After about 2hours later, I just realised that my phone huawei p30 pro is missing. Tried to find all over in my house but didn’t found it. And then I just realised that I must have left my phone at the Starbucks. I became panicked. Tried to search Starbucks number in the website but it is not there. Then, I called Caltex Juru asking for the Starbucks number. Luckily, the Caltex staff put an effort to help to get the Starbucks number and provided it to me. I immediately called the Starbucks Juru and asked if they have seen any phone left there.. before i can even finish my question the Starbucks staff immediately told me that Yes, they remembered me sitting at the table and told me that they kept my phone safely with them. I was so relieved, happy & feeling grateful. Then me and my husband immediately rushed back to the Starbucks to get my phone back. Alhamdulillah everything is safe and ok. Thank you to the Starbucks staff for being honest and keeping my phone safe. Also thank you to the Caltex staff for helping. A good place to hang around, have a rest, enjoy a cup of drinks & simple snacks/ food when terrible jammed on highway.

The location is just nice, and the atmosphere inside also ok. Just, mayb need add up different type of seat, example, wing chair / sofa for more comfortable feeling.

Ordered a hot caramel latte tall size but instead I got a caramel cappuccino. The amount of foam on this latte is unacceptable! so much so it does not taste like a latte but instead a cappuccino. Yes, i used to work as a barista in Starbuck before and this is definitely not a latte that I will serve to my customers. I drank 1/3 of this latte and look at the amount of the foam still on it....
