Date : 22/03/2025 I brought my tumbler to buy a cup of chamomile tea, and then I sat and waited for about 5 minutes, and finally saw the staff put my cup in the pick up area, and then I walked over to get my drink, and when I looked, I saw that my cup was filled with coffee, and I ordered a tea bag! It turned out that they made a mistake and suddenly put the coffee of the previous customer into the cup I brought! I told them that it was a mistake, it was my cup, but not the drink I ordered, and they took it back to redo it, but there was no apology at all, what a bad service attitude, the first time I encountered such an attitude in STARBUCKS!

They encourage customers to use their own Starbucks cups to buy drinks, but they make such a low-level mistake of mixing up the cups. The service attitude of the staff of this Starbucks branch really needs to...

I have to re-edit this review because I had a TERRIBLE experience in this branch!!!

The queue was more than 25 minutes long and there are only 3 customers in front of me. The cashier is slow and yet they only opened up one counter!

When it is my turn, the cashier went away without saying a word!

This is very impolite and unprofessional!!

This would be the LAST TIME I be here, and I will never come back! For sure I will lodge a complain separately to the HQ about how unprofessional this branch is!!

I would suggest you guys make a detour and visit the Icon City branch instead. They have better atmosphere/ environment and most importantly their service attitude never disappoint me as well...
