Brezza Hotel ( Pekan Lumut, Perak ) — Hotel in Perak

I am so blessed to have Brezza as it is conveniently located near my family, many restaurants, and "The Store" which is a convenient local department store. ||||The hotel is simple, clean and spacious. No fuss; tiled floor, clean bed, dresser, TV, air conditioner and spacious bathroom (without a mold!). As you can see in may of the photos, the hotel is simple. Mind yourself to pack your own toiletries, amenities including hair dryer. ||||Front desk and housekeeping is efficient and polite at all times. Especially the night shift lady is tenured and always nice to be greeted warmly. You will feel safe at any odd hours. ||||Only downside to it is that the facility does not have a lift, so for elders and people with heavy luggage may face challenge with the stairs. ||||Overall, in my last three visits to the hotel's Deluxe King room, it has maintained its consistency and does not seem to get run down like the other properties I have seen. I am very happy to come back...

Pretty satisfying considering good price. BUT.. on booking sites, there are few room options. Only cheapest room says "No Window" and other option rooms doesn't have that notice. But well.. there is no worthy to choose middle range room. If you choose middle level room, reception gives you no window room which is same as the cheapest room. If you considering middle range level option, i recommend you to book the cheapest room which obviously says "no window". If you really want window, then make sure there IS a window.

My room cups were not washed also bed sheet got previous guests' hair.

Room itself was cozy....

The rooms are clean, and the staff is pleasant. The air conditioners aren't working correctly.

When I arrive, I'll need to move from one room to another. The first room's door cannot be opened & while the second is hotter (AC not working well) & the toilet light is broken, but larger than the third room.

You must supply your own amenities, toiletries and soap. It is not provided by the hotel.

The television receivers aren't working properly.

Then, despite having paid for a larger family room, move to the third, smaller room.
