very disappointed to this hotel

accusation of smoking -the reception name nana peeping my room and eavesdropping every single thing while im check in there. broke into my room while im not around

i was check in ther for two days 5-7 roomoctober 2021 and pay for the standard rate . the day first i came back to hotel and see the room already enter by someone without my premission . and after i check out the reception name nana already ask the cleaner to check the room and everything was fine . till i call on 9 october for make another reservation. the staff name nana accused me by saying im smoking in the room as the other guest make complaint and i stated the room was no good air flow and aircond so slow so i open the window to have good air maybe the smell of smoke come from outside but the reception hardly saying im doing that and at first place she said the customer complain then she twisted by saying she go up ther on 7 october morning to open the window and hear a song came out my room hmshe hardly trying to accuse me doing that i already explain that i check jn with my wife and kids how come i did that . she ask me many time make me feel so annoyed to this hotel why the reception came up there should only the house keeping doing all that job . i pay for the hotel but she doing like im get free to stay there . why your staff have unprofessional behaviour like makcik kampung . i feel so unsecured to staying there again and have to called off the second reservation . why the staff curi curi dengar all the room did her bapak pay for the room ? so terreble i suggest family or just married couple dont go here if there is still have malay staff name nana . this is the most terrble moment for me and my family . i ask for the manager number but she refuse please contact...

it is a small hotel and relatively new. The upper floor stretched across 3 shop lots. The lobby with several rooms at the back is a regular glass shop front. It is a front desk with some seatings on the side for guests. The hotel itself is clean and standard rooms are small but adequate if you do not spend time in them. However, drainage in the shower is not poor simply because the floor is level so that water does not collect in the drain hole. It flows freely on the floor so that the whole bathroom becomes wet. The staircase is steep - not good for guests with knee problem or seniors with suitcases although staff may help to carry them. Ground floor rooms are limited. There are several shops and a cafe along the stretch.||However, the hotel is a fire hazard for guests staying above ground. I found both fire escape doors were shut with padlocks. This is unacceptable. Fire authority should make periodic checks on such unsafe practices. Nothing was done about it during the 3 nights we stayed. I would have given it a 3 star rating but for this...

Check in process was smooth. Unfortunately I was given a room with malfunctioning AC. Thus, I had asked to wait for another 30 minutes just to confirm the front desk that it was malfunctioning. They are not even helped you with your problem but they asked you to come to get a new key which the room that they changed for me is just next door. That required me to go downstairs and then upstairs back, which i find it dissatisfying as they can just come to us and bring the new key as it was actually the hotel’s problem. The tiles in our bathroom that normal walking can make you slipped. The hotel not suitable for elderly as the bathroom requires to climb a step with around 1-2 feet high. Overall,, me and my family offended with the services regarding the room at the beginning which ruined my short vacation...
