overall was fine, during check in time staff f.o (Mr. Henry, if i was not mistaken) was check in me, it so fast and straight, am fine with it cause he still give me warm smile, about the rooms and lobby was oke exactly like in the picture but the housekeeping staff a bit rude which is i do request for iron and board, but when am iron my pant there was a dirty on the iron and i didn't realize it until am using the iron. So am requested the new iron from housekeeping staff but she just shouting said all iron same in this hotel, a bit sad. so i didn't iron my pant.
