I’ve been to this stall twice. And i get the same customer service.

For the first experience, i waited for 20 min just to get my durian. but i am willing to negotiate as i can see long queue coming up.

But today, i came once again since its weekday and might not probably have lots of customers. Yes, my intention was correct. there are not a lot of customers were looking for durian at the moment of time.

But it all went the other side when i was greeted with one of the worker. But he put me and my mom on hold just because another customer wanting to buy ‘blackthorn’ durian. But we’re once more willing to negotiate. All he said is “kejap eh kak” and then proceed to greet other customers without even apologizing. Then, after the temporary customers left, he greeted us once again. But here comes the same problem, whenever a customer reach the table full of blackthorn durian, he would leave us right away to greet the customer. And once again, No apologies.

I spend 86 ringgit for a durian udang merah and a D24 durian. But it is okay for me. The udang merah had some sour taste and i completely push it away rather than eating it.

And for the facilities, they don’t even refill the customer’s handwash place. We need to wash our hand with our own mineral water that we bought. They don’t even wipe the table and our table was full of past customer’s durian waste. wanted to look at other tables. Also the same problem.

Aside from that, they put the durian skin trash beside customer’s table which donates to a foul smell. not the good durian smell, but the sour kind of rotten durian smell.

All i can say is, do better for the stall management and customer service. And for customers, do not rely too much on the media because they always exaggerating things and trying to cover the...

Seller is not very honest. Not sure if the staffs is genuinely blur or the nature of the business to cheat customer. They mixed up the durian you ordered with durian kampung and others with similar yellowish colours. When we confront the seller, they pretended it must be an error.

For such an established seller, it is seriously a terrible practice! Unless you’re here for durian kampung only, make sure you watch carefully what you paid for. Some of the durians are already very watery and the flesh looks pale but was sold to customers disregarding the quality you paid for unless you complained about it.
