Lodging is very old in very bad condition..the pictures the booking agent shared with me was different from current condition. .dilapidated huts, broken wooden planks, my room ceiling was broken, there were nails on d ground, || floor, broken planks everywhere on d resort n the jetty so must really walk with care as most has lost || it's nails so very rickety, very unstable. The plc is a safety hazard just waiting for an accident to||happen .||Water n electricity cut off from 6am-6pm was not declared by the booking agent, ongoing ||constructions not declared too,so place is messy . something which we found out was similar ||experience with other guests too , the lack of ||transparency by respective booking agent regarding||water / electricity cut off n ongoing constructions.||Toilet lacking of light n ventilation. .it's so dark even in the day as there is no electricity so going bout answering nature call is a nightmare... there were rats n cockroaches sighting .bread got bitten by rats.||It was really hard to stay ..for the price we paid which is about sgd 2k plus for 6 adults for 4d3n definitely wasn't cheap .. not expecting the Ritz but at least a clean n decent. ||Food was nice but portion was obviously rationed ..u have to hurry if not, u may not get a decent helping as the they only refill twice n d portions r not huge if there's a big crowd..we learnt to sit around n hustle d moment dinner is served... unfortunately that's the only way if u dnt want to end up hungry.||||Requested for all three rooms with seated toilets but upon check in there were only two rooms with seated toilet and the other one was a squatting tolilet.||||Toilet hole was really small n floor was just cement n there were nails on d floor ..||It was very hard to go toilet even in the day as the toilet has a very small window .if we close d toilet door we cannot see anything even in the day time .so our only resort is to open toilet door n make room door ajar for sunlight to come in.||||Even basic things like hot water which the agent said can be requested anytime, wasn't d case ..d hot water request has specific timing too ..||The only saving grace was d friendly staff which were mostly two Bajau kids who were definitely overworked n underpaid as they r underaged. They are the one who runs the show . Because of that some guests who have no regards for other people's sleep, was doing karaoke 1st night nearly 1230am n 2nd night nearly 230am as there ew no adults to tell them off .the lodging staff are two kids 14 n 12 years old who obviously will not be able to enforce rules . The singing thru the night was definitely so inconsiderate as the whole resort can hear them ...||||||The owner is definitely a stingy person who just wants to earn money with no regards for guests wellbeing...

Just a basic resort built on the stilts. And I must say that another of the traveller and I were simply dropped off here by the boatman who picked us up at Semporna public jetty. It was staying here by chance as both of us booked one night stay at Lato Lato Resort. The bad experience is that Lato Lato Resort never pick up our calls at all prior to arriving here at Egang Egang. I tried Lato Lato a few times since the 05Jan night to try to ascertain our boat transfer in order to arrange for my other activities , but in the end the only time they sent me a message was on the actual day which I was supposed to stay at their resort, to inform me the time to be at the public jetty. No other instructions or information given as to provide more details of the boat we were taking. Then, the boatman dropped us off at Egang Egang. We only knew that we were not at the place we supposed to be when a group of Malay ladies arrived in the boat to voice their dissatisfaction as they just came over from Lato Lato, and was informed that the rooms were full. So they had to stay at Egang Egang for the same one night as us. But both the other traveller and I had no other information before hand. I was very unhappy as to the way Lato Lato handled their customers. No answering of the phone calls and no...

We stayed here for 3days 2nights. And the room we got was like a labourers quarters. The quality of the chalets are very low(everything is plywood).||The toilet has no water heater, shower, mirror or even a towel hanger. There was a big nail near the door to hang our towel.||We're not seafood eaters and i am a vegetarian. It took me 3 phonecalls to my agent to have something suitable prepared for us.||I believe the owner is an unscrupulous businessman who is out to make fast bucks banking entirely on the beauty of the surroundings. They're not experienced hotel owners btw. ||||Oh, the toilet also was not cleaned when we checked in. There was hair in the drainhole. Speaking of drainhole, the drainhole in the toilet directly flows into the ocean. Hence, i know this is an unscrupulous businesman with total disregard for the environment. There was also a used earbud in the floor....

The place is beautiful, the staff is helpful, the food is the best the cook us so many seafood, they even give us tea time.good place to snorkeling and swimming. We go when the water is not too high so no need to wear the life jacket. The down side is their equipment for snorkeling is not good, the life jacket is a bit old, and the room really need a bit update and the floor on the balcony is old.

What an experience. The view, the seafood like no other places on earth! Stunning Bohey Dulang front view. Bring yourself a snorkel set, explore the corals at your own pace, crystal clear. Starfish are within reach. Just stay alert on the landak laut. The room is basic, no fuss. Electricity will be off in daytime. The staff there are so helpful and friendly.

Local hospitalities, friendly and warmth. Quite and lots of spaces for healing and relaxing. You can see the starfish, corals and fish at your doorstep. It was not too expensive only about rm100 per night per head and the food was great.
