Jenjarom Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Selangor

Worst hotel ever - Jenjarom Boutique Hotel Room at RM267.2 per night Parking not provided (no matter if u take the most expensive room No lift Unfriendly staff, ignore customer who are struggling to bring baggages up to the stairs with an infant smelly room. Weird smell. Smells like 1 perfume that 1000 people will hate, but only 1 people like. lack security. There's another door with a very small lock in the room. It scares me and my family no housekeeping service. There are sign "please clean the room/dont disturb" but we didn't notice it, so we dont hang the sign at at the door. But all hotel ive been to before will still enter and clean up the room even there's no "pls clean the room" sign, so i believe it's a normal practice to still enter and clean the room, unless there's "do not disturb" sign. Or i'm wrong here? no freezer (even for room RM267.2 per night yea. Even RM100+ room also got...

So bad for service custumer.me come here many time for the time past n some time stay there 2days,3days some time 1week more n just stay that place around 2week.everyday pay Rm143_Rm153 for 1day.but just check out late 4min only because so the hotel dont have life n me stay story2 so need take the things come down then i do this again but i got call for kaoter the captian i check out.but the captian cut the money at my deposit Rm26.20 for late need 4min n can not dicuss.how i can come again for support? Very disappointed with their service. Booked 5 rooms for my guests on my wedding day, which promised by the supervisor named Heera, but turned out only 4 rooms available. And my guests should be able to check in before 2pm for hour rate rooms, but they insisted all rooms to be checked in at 2pm 😡 My guests all travelled from long way from home, woke up early in the morning for my weeding, and yet they made them wait at the reception. Super disappointed with this hotel, will not recommend this hotel to other people in...
