Ice cream vanilla cone, strawberry sundae & cookies sundae is delicious. Reminds me of McD ice creams. The staff that assisted me last night is good. Appreciate if the staff who assist at the counter to explain best selling items. Boba and chocolate always out of stock. Second time i came here, still haven't restock. I tried boba milk tea without boba, it's tasteless. The milk tea is not sweet at all. Same with the strawberry milk shake. It's not sweet and there's a slight bitter taste to it. Idk what it was. It's taste awful. The dining area is good but not so convenient cause there's no sink faucet. I got kids and i want to wash my hand cause it's sticky and u guys r running out of tissue so i have no choice but to wipe it in my car using my own wet tissue. If u put a dining area, make sure have 1 sink faucet. But atlez this shop doesn't have colok cina everywhere like Bingxue. And some outlets got Halal cert. So i think it's okay but need major...

ive worked in the F&B industry before, but this kind of customer service? seriously, Mixue, please improve your staff quality. do they even receive any customer service training?

they should know how to greet customers when someone is standing in front of the cashier, how to respond to questions properly, how to repeat the full order before stating the total, and even how to hand over the receipt respectfully.

also, just to point out, most of the poor service members ive experienced here came from the male staff, not the female staff. that really needs to be addressed.

I really enjoy coming to Mixue Jenjarom! The outlet is always clean and welcoming, and the Strawberry Mi-Shake is my absolute favorite. The quality is great for the price, and there are so many other fun options on the menu too.

The only thing I’d suggest is to hire more staff, especially on weekends. The place gets really crowded, and while the current team does their best, a few extra hands would definitely help speed things up and improve the overall experience. Still, it’s a great spot that I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommended for anyone craving something sweet...
