I would like to express my disappointment with the way Avenue Crest management operates, especially with the staff named Haziq.
Our access card was blocked due to an outstanding maintenance fee of around RM300. Although it’s not a large amount and sometimes it’s simply forgotten, we made the payment around 10 a.m. and informed management to unblock the card.
However, when our staff tried to go to the office later, the card was still blocked. This shows a careless and unprofessional attitude towards work. If management can be so strict and quick to block the card over a small outstanding amount, then the same urgency should apply when unblocking the card after payment—not slow or delayed.
