Extremely disappointed and disgusted.

I checked in around 12:30 AM after I called them ahead to inform the hotel that my flight was delayed. At first glance, the room looked comfortable. However, the experience quickly went downhill. Very limited amenities — only soap was provided, no toothbrush or other basics. I found hair on the floor and on the bed, but I was too tired to complain after my long journey. When I tried to sleep, I felt itchy under the blanket, which made me question the hygiene of the linens.

I didn’t want to cause trouble since I’m in town for my classes and staying on a tight budget, so I kept quiet.

The next day, I politely asked the receptionist if someone could sweep the floor , just to remove the hair and was told they would send housekeeping.

But later, when I checked behind the bed@near the wall (thinking maybe some of my clothes had fallen), I was horrified to find a woman’s underwear tucked there. It definitely didn’t belong to me.

I immediately took a photo and reported it to the receptionist. They offered to move me to a different room of the same type but honestly, after this kind of incidence, I didn’t feel safe or confident about the cleanliness of any of the rooms. I was hoping they would offer a room upgrade at the very least. But nothing beyond that was provided.

I took some deep breaths and just smile to the receptionist and just want to calm myself.

This experience was deeply unsettling, and the standard of cleanliness was unacceptable. I hope the management seriously reconsiders their housekeeping standards and trains their staff better. This is not how any guest should be made to feel.

I even use ChatGPT to help me write my grievance because I am really out of words.

1800H When I already moved into the new room given, it reeks of cigarette smell. And there they are, the cigarette butts are under the bed. I decided to checkout eventhough I still have one night.

I can't get a refund directly because I booked the hotel...

If I could be given a second chance, I wouldn't book this hotel. The room is full of small cockroaches and the air-conditioner is so dusty. I had to buy cockroach spray to kill the cockroaches. I had to wear my mask when I slept.This is a terrible experience.I booked three nights.During the first night, the receptionist asked us not to expect too much for the budget hotel. He brought us to another room. Still, there are cockroaches.I tried to call the complaint number but I could not reach the owner.I thought I could sleep well after spraying the room. The terrible thing is the room is so stuffy. In the early morning, I kept hearing the noise of vehicles from the toilet window. I could barely sleep.Trip agent tried to negotiate with the supplier and owner for getting the amount of remaining nights as I only stayed for one night.Still, the negotiation failed.I had to waste my money for this booking and fork out my money for another booking. I used to think that the customer's request could be heard. This experience taught me not to trust the reviews from the agency. The Google review is much more accurate. The agency should not include this type of hotel and it actually costs us an arm and leg. We put trust in the agency. However, it doesn't apply...

If you are looking for a place to stay that is infested with cockroaches, mosquitos and bedbugs, then this place is for you. The photos are misleading as they are taken from years ago. This place looks shabby, and at night, it looks like a place where people hook up or get quickies.

Upon reaching the room, the moment the AC was switched on (it wasn't even cold), a cockroach fell out of it! On top of that, the bathroom light was dim, and personally, it felt as if there were cameras hidden inside.

The bed had stray strands of hair on it and looked half made, as if the sheets were simply rearranged and not changed. The basic amenities were lacking, and the toothbrush and bar soap that were left on the dresser looked as if they had been there for quite some time. (unclean.)

When I went out of the room for dinner and came back, the room smelled like the lobby, as if someone entered the room. What for, I do not know.

There were bedbugs in my bed, and I could not sleep the whole night, as cockroaches kept appearing, too. Please do not let the reviews on Agoda deceive you, as my experience was neither "clean" nor "nice". Do NOT stay at this hotel.
