A&W Eko Cheras Mall Branch is the last time I will ever enjoy a meal there. On the 9th of June at 21:17:23 (9:17:23 pm) I ordered their citrus golden fries with a root beer float to go. As I was waiting for my order, a window was present to see the kitchen. I witness 2 staffs were munching sausages and pieces of chicken from the food compartments while preparing other customer's orders and handling the counter. As one of the staff was getting ready my order, a half-bitten sausage was placed on an empty container while handling the fryer. After the fries were ready, that same staff use the same exact container to serve me those fries without even realising the container is already contaminated with human saliva. I did not approach the matter because I did not wish to make a scene. As for this review based on a customer myself, this was a horrible experience not just for me, but for the other unwary customers too. Employees who were present at that time are untrained on hygiene and duties in handling the workplace profesionally. Visiting this new branch was very disappointing and I urge others as well to be cautious when eating at this outlet. After witnessing this horrible experience, I choose not to eat at this...

My kids so excited when A&W new opening in Ativo Bandar Sri Damansara. Our 1st visit having a cooled fried chicken, cooled fried onion ring and cooled fried stuff. All foods are as "cool" as root beer. I told to my kids might be it is because of new opening and outlet staffs had not familiar with food preparation yet. All of us so disappointed when we went for 2nd visit after few weeks, All foods still cool as root beer and we are now confirmed and understood that A&W is following Japanese way of food preparation making sushi...cool and yummy. Improvement needed urgently ... The chicken burger I ordered via foodpanda (Ekocheras branch) was shown in the picture. I personally think that chicken burger at road side gerai is even tastier than A&W's. Pictures on foodpanda app are only for illustration purposes? The chicken burger in the picture is a fried chicken not a grayish half cooked patty. It looks so ewww....Anyway the pictures that I took had been automatically beautified by my phone.
