Enrich Hotel Setia Alam — Hotel in Shah Alam

I recently stayed at Hotel Enrich Setia Alam and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Setia Alam’s shopping and dining options, including Setia City Mall, making it an ideal choice for both short getaways and business trips. Offering clean and simple accommodations at a reasonable price, Hotel Enrich Setia Alam is a great value-for-money option. It’s particularly suitable for short stays, business travelers, or anyone seeking a convenient base with easy access to the surrounding area.

Pros: Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for the price point. Staff are polite, approachable, and responsive to requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Had to pay RM 50 deposit in cash, but it was easily returned during check-out. Great accessibility with plenty nearby shops and eateries within walking distance. Provided 2 mini mineral water bottles.

Room are bad, first room they appoint is haunted room with lots of noise on the above (Room 210)..after asked for cancellation, he asked us to change to another room, less noise, but still a bad room with no cleanliness..also, counter dont say sorry ever..

No amenities, no heater in the room, only have coway on 1st floor, but still, no coffee or tea..when asked the counter, he said we have no coffee, i told them how is it u dont have? Price is higher than other hotel? He answered our hotel dont have star-rating but other hotel have star, means another hotel is another hotel, our hotel is our hotel, dont compare..very stupid answer

Pros: 1) There's an elevator 2) It was clean 3) The staff was super helpful. They cooperate well when our toilet was clogged up. 4) There were plug that could fit in two and three pin electrical devices. 5) There's air-cond and water heater(shower) 6) They provide towel, shampoo and soap 7) There are many shops around in walking distance

Cons: 1) Expensive. Not in the budget range. And absolutely not suitable with the hotel condition 2) Our room almost flooded 3) The door does not heavily secured(see picture) 4) No water cooler/hot water for drinking 5) No cup and spoon 6) The room quite narrow for 3 person hence why the price is not appropriate
