The experience Iftar here is the worst!

Food : We ordered the Nur Plate for 3-4pax and appereance wise looks good, taste wise too floury, even it is cooked perfectly, the flour taste is there and its strong making it hard to complete it.

Service : Dont get me started. The management and flow here is the worse. And as they offer buffet per one purchase or per 4 pax per platter. The buffet flow style too little and gone immediately as it was not enough. Thats not the worse. The worse of it all is when we already booked and pay RM40 in advance and they still not prepare our table? Also the food came out late? Its already open for fasting time but the food still not arrive. And no table prepared for us who booked? Maybe the last time I try this branch and in ramadhan month.

Atmosphere : Small branch in Shah Alam. But they still accept too many people for booking and the place makes it crowded and not ergonomically flow within the area. Still not the worst but theres even better.

Conclusion 2/5 stars is what as far I can give....

Economical Malay-Western restaurant. First time here and trying the basic menu to begin with for dinner.

Chicken Chop 4/5 Mushroom sauce but look and taste like Black Pepper. Did you guys pre-heat it in microwave? It feels that way.

Fish & Chips 3/5 The typical Tasteless “Dory” fillet. Batter was ok. Served with tartare but no lemon wedges.

Black Pepper Steak 3/5 My serving look more like sliced beef rather than a steak. Gravy boleh la. Cold mash & veggie I hope they it steamed before serving in future.

Lamb Burger on Promo 3/5 so give it a try. Patty was ok no high expectation. But lots of mayo and chilli sauce that completely overwhelms the burger.

Mushroom Soup 4/5 Thick soup, ok no problem

COLESLAW too much mayo, take it easy.

Filled with excitement but only to be let down by portion size and the late service of food. Even mineral water took a great deal of time to deliver. The restaurant was not at all busy. We had to ask for the water. Then, the lamb chop came. The cut was thin, very thin. The sauce was standard, no complains there. Mash potato was small and only the coleslaw was reasonable size. Then we waited and waited for the chicken chop. We asked them a couple of times but no result. Mind you, it was not busy. When it arrived, it was a miserable looking chop that had certain parts snipped off. It was totally disappointing. It was like the restaurant was asking you to order more to compensate for hunger that you would have felt after eating the main course. It's very sad to have such a small portion. If it was meant to be small, then I think customers have to be made known of its size. It was as though it was...
