Hotel 138 @Bestari — Hotel in Shah Alam

I'm ok with the small room and the semi transparent toilet, but not so happy with getting a double bed instead of two singles as booked and confirmed earlier. And also due to the fact that I can't get an extra pillow at 9pm because the housekeeping is no more at night. Not sure it it's the price, but I could get that option even at a much cheaper accommodations. It's just a basic need. The Indian girl during checkout and the young Malay chap during check-in is very polite and pleasant. It's a cheap simple accomodation option. Laundry is very near. Mamak shop, Chinese eatery.. all in all a good place. Wanted to give the place 5 stars..but my back is aching due to not having my extra pillow last nite. So...

When I arrived at the hotel lobby, everything seemed like usual, payment done and access card was handed over to me. But when I stepped into the room, it was a mess, so the staff gave me uncleaned room. That was disgusting. Nonetheless, when I returned to the counter, the responsible staff apologised to me and she changed a new room for me immediately. Location was good, plenty of parking space.

Flickering light at the staircase for 3 days but it didn't seem to bother anyone. Aircon was very cooling but full of dust. Toilet was mouldy, humid and wet. No proper place to put your dry clothes, toiletries and toilet roll. Causing much inconveniences during the stay. The sheets had stain marks and slightly yellowish.
