Secret Recipe Subang Bestari — Restaurant in Shah Alam

This outlet has the worst customer service I've ever experienced for secret recipe. The staff have a slow service even when there's only a few customers. Took atleast 10 min after sitting to get a menu. Have to wait around 15 only for iced water to be served. The food took more than 30 mins to be served and the waiters didn't even care mention that it will took more than an 30 minutes for the food to be cook as the chicken are not ready yet before we ordered it. Very bad experience here!!! I have to wait almost 30minutes just to take away the slices cakes. It is ready make cakes right, not just baked. Please SR management, you should train your staff well. I can see how your staff treat customers sambil lewa, made the customer have to await while the staff leisurely sitting down doing nothing.And the staff image also made very bad impression for the first time i saw them, the attire not kemas.
