Saya book melalui agoda. Mesej di agoda tidak di balas. Tiada maklumat untuk dihubungi diletakkan di agoda. Minta untuk check in awal, receptionist kata bilik belum di kemas, bila check in 3 jam lewat saya lihat di siling bilik ada sarang labah labah berdebu lagi. Tidak diberitahu akan ada deposit sebanyak RM 50, deposit diambil tanoa beri resit kepada saya.
Self check out, dah letak kunci di check out box dan dah contact untuk dapatkan balik want deposit. Sekarang 6 jam selepas saya check out, masih belum terima wang deposit dan Whatsapp masih belum dibaca, telefon hotel sebanyak 3 kali tidak dijawab.
Pelanggan dah check out awal, tiada staff di kaunter semasa kami check out. Tapi dah sampai 6 jam, takkan masih tiada staff?
Fasiliti baik dan memuaskan, tetapi servis perlu ditambah baik. Letak nombor untuk dihubungi di agoda dan mohon reply sebarang pertanyaan dari pelanggan di lama tersebut.
Kalau servis macam ni, kami pelanggan jadi teragak-agak untuk booking.
Mohon pulangkan dengan segera wang deposit saya dan sila respon terhadap pertanyaan pelanggan di laman booking....
