Twenty Trees Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Shah Alam

I booked a room thru Agoda, but was upgraded free of charge to a room with two queen bed because the triple room was not available at that time. Overall, we are very satified with the room. The bed is comfortable. The room is spacious. My sons love climbing up and down the stairs (under our supervision). Basic necessities are provided except no towel provided (we assumed they forgot but we brought our own). The bathroom is large but we think more effort needed to clean the wall and floor. The receptionist and other staff are friendly....

Poor services. -Towel tak cukup (tak prepare awal2) -bilik berhabuk -sabun/ peralatan mandi tak sedia -Wifi takde -bilik sempit nak solat susah -utk yg ada anak2 kecik sesuai la kot, tp utk yg berkeluarga mcm sempit -mentol bilik terbakar.pastu nak tggu org komplen dulu ke baru nak tukar? eheheheee -suasana bilik tu mcm terlampau gelap
