This has been a very disturbing experience that my husband n myself....we patronize the place perfectly every alternate days...there were days whr we will b seated for 15 mins without order taken.....r we liable to Shaaz?..or do u treat us as valued customers...Are Shaaz in the business n customer service environmental or the attitude of 'ok i made my name n money so i dnt care abt my customers needs...In businees every customer differs frm preference of taste n quality....i catogories myself as a individual detail wz preference on my food n thats why i choose Shaaz however with regret i must say the service sucks frm certain individual .it starts frm the manager n the indian national staffs who thinks my husband n myself came for FREE FOOD!.....my husband n myself stimes seated without order taken n whn the next customer comes they take the order?.whr r yr standards!....if a manager cnt command his duties then u shld either sack him or rectify the problem... .i knw staffs r illiterate but common sense or basic flair on how to treat a customer as an individual....sucks!...i wld like a reply on this . The best part is the MANAGER acts DUMB on customer service without an APOLOGY....the tidak apa attitude!. Their nasi kandar was equally impressive, with rich, aromatic chai (mixed curries) enhancing the flavors. However, the real star was the fried chicken—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor.
