RIVA BELLA — Hotel in Isle Mauritius

WORST HOTEL EVER.... We got quarantined hair and this is the worst place to ever get quarantined that took $1200 per person and are not even providing a food to eat properly that giving us rotten food and the bread is also old and dated and the butter for the bread was expired. They gave us Three Little soaps and 6 bottles of water for week. we are more than 60 students and they are Starving us the food is literally so bad that students are scared to eat they are only eating very little just so that they can survive these 14 days of Quarantine, it's only been three days and all the students are crying for help and they are not even responding to us & giving same food again and again. they give dinner at 4 p.m. and we have to heat it again whenever we wanna eat and the food is also so bad. so bad that I cannot even explain it to you I have never ever in my life ate this type of food we talked to manager multiple times and always replies yeah we can't do anything few students are feeling sick because of their food multiple student Have gotten their stomach upset this place has turned out to be hell and we recommend you never book athis Resort ever. The food is Raw and not even cooked properly, the food in pictures is 2 days...

Worth hotel ever, we r 60+students quarantine here for 14days nd we paid 83k inr currency for 14days and we are not getting some proper food to eat.... Everyone is starving, we putted food in dustbin it’s to much messy food yrr we can’t eat that type of food nd we get only 6 bottles water for 6days nd even not having hand senitizer , we only get daal, rice nd something like chiiii.... Nd tutti 💩💩💩💩 We complained about food to manager nd yrr he is always like yeah I’m doing something I’m doing something but never done anything yet This hotel is so bad plz dont come here nd service is very very bad ,I can’t explain to u guys I’m requested to all u plz don’t come here ,this hotel is very bad...

Very nice accomodation, we had a very spacious one as we were a family. It has a big parking inside. We used it as a starting point to visit the North, Port Louis and Bothanic Gardens. I gave 4stars instead of 5 because I suggest to implement some things: small lights near each bed... If someone whant to read or to go bathroom during the night, has to get up to switch off the light, and more hanger on the wall: both in the rooms or near the entrance... To put jackets... Avoiding to use chairs or sofa. For sure I would choose RIVA...
