Read moreEven though this wasn’t a five star, service on call hotel— this was a nice humble place to stay with soft beds and air conditioned rooms. It might look run down from the outside, but the view is so authentic and the sunset was magnificent.
The reason I’m giving four stars is because the staff actually kind of saved my vacation. Our car broke down and wouldn’t start, so she helped us find someone in their community to jump start the car! Genuinely so grateful.
The only complaint I have is the water in the shower gets too warm too fast and there’s been bugs on the floor despite the room being pretty clean. I’m guessing that’s what happens with warm climates.
Also, the room gets kinda cold if the AC is on (obviously) so you can ask for a blanket downstairs! The staff is there 24/7, you can check in or ask for things whenever you want. Make sure not to hesitate to use google...
