MOTEL LUNA PARK — Hotel in Baja California

We got two rooms at this place during the weekend for two nights. One had a Junior jacuzzi the size of a bathtub and it was much much smaller than the one with a full size jacuzzi and a much bigger room, but somehow they were both the same price. The bigger room was very nice, but it had a TV that didn't work. After the first night we had one of the girls knock on our door the next morning to tell us that we had missed our check out time even though we payed for two nights. That issue was resolved when they called the front desk. They also have a sign outside advertising free continental breakfast, but when I called the front desk to find out when breakfast was, they told me they didn't offer that service. The prices were extremely high for each room. To make matters worse, on our last day, my husband and I decided to use the jacuzzi for the first time and about 20 minutes later one of the cleaning ladies knocked on our door saying that she needed to get into our room because our jacuzzi was pouring water right onto their washing machines which were located one floor down. We had her at our front door telling us to open the door while she was talking to the person at the front desk, but we couldn't open the door right away cause we were getting dressed, but she was getting her key ready to come inside anyway. So, our experience at this place wasn't pleasant at all. Very high prices, no breakfast as they advertised, no working TV, no working jacuzzi and apparently no communication between them as to whether or not customers have paid more than one night. I will never ever be staying at this motel again. I should've known what they were all about whenever they asked customers waiting in line after I had payed if they needed the room for one hour or two. I seriously don't recommend this place if you're not there just to have a few...

No les recomiendo estar ahí tiene una larga lista de pagos innecesarios y nada específicos . Por ejemplo si usted quiere ir por una habitación básica tiene muchos tipos de costos que ni al caso y es dificil de encontrar como se muestra en el letrero . La habitación es limpia pero la cama según es matrimonial :/ pero esta muy chica tipo individual , ya que mi cabello es teñido por obvias razones manchare la toalla .

Al salir parecían policias querian cobrarme un costo extra por mancharlas .

Al pagar su habitación les cobraran 200 ( bueno eso me quisieron cobrar ) pero no acepte ya que se me hizo sospechoso ya que dijo el costo mas comisión . No se lo di y me pidio mi INE se lo di .

En fin a lo que voy es que esa comision es para cobrar el mas mínimo daño .
