Sueños Resort Valle de Guadalupe — Hotel in Baja California

I just spent there 2 nights for my brother’s wedding. And I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and Roberto’s attentiveness. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated equipped with almost everything you could need. I would only suggest that then need to add the following: TVs and WiFi in each of the rooms and extra towel rail in the bathroom. WiFi is available but only downstairs in the lobby. Also, I was on the second floor and the balcony was missing chairs where the first floor had chairs on the patio/balconies...just a thought. Roberto was so kind to refuns us a one night when my work called me to be back and I couldn’t stay the extra night I was expecting. Also, Roberto offered to drop us off at the winery when UBER couldn’t find the place. We stayed here for 3 nights for Anniversary. We were fortunate enough to book the suite with the tub in the room 👿. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. The views of the vineyards were breathtaking and serene. The tranquility made us feel at peace and like an actual relaxing vacation. I cannot reiterate enough how attentive the staff was. Location was perfect, very close to El Cielo and just a few miles from the best restaurants there (TRESGALLINE and COCINA DE DOÑA ESTHELLA.) Stayed here last minute last year after we had an event and all the hotels had been booked. thankfully my friends had made sure to reserve extra rooms and that's how I landed in this cool property. Its rather new and cozy.

I like the views you can see from other properties and vineyards.

when i came out I was stranded since I didn't drive and i was dropped off thankfully Mr. Roberto was there to save the day and hailed a driver from his trusted list and Sarahy the driver took me back to my other hotel in Ensenada.
