This is possibly one of the best hostels to which I've been - fantastically attentive and friendly staff, making a great effort with my lack of Spanish; very cheap; very charming and cosy hostel with lots of interesting decora, outside places to sit in the shade or the Sun and WiFi in every single location, including outdoors; a perfect location directly next to the Peña; towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner included; a little pool and a comprehensive kitchen to top it off. Pésimo servicio!!! no respetaron la reservación. hable con el encargado Don Francisco para reservar, pero mi familia y yo llegamos a la hora acordada y ya le habían dado la habitación a alguien mas. me salio con pretextos tontos: (que si el dueño de la posada rento la habitación y no le aviso que ya la habían rentado por internet y el no sabia.) Tengan mucho cuidado si reservan en este lugar por que no es garantía de que tengan donde quedarse. Actualización: Como comentario a su respuesta le puedo decir que: Yo le pregunte al señor Francisco ¿que necesitaba para reservar? a lo que textualmente me respondió: solo asegureme que llegan. Posteriormente le realice una segunda llamada para decirle que ya estábamos en camino y que llegaba a la hora acordada, que por favor no fuera a alquilar la habitación ya que por el puente me costaría trabajo encontrar donde quedarnos. hasta ese momento el me aseguro que me apartaba la habitacion.
