Sleep Inn Torreón — Hotel in Coahuila

There is a lot of noise at night due to the closeness of the freeway. Also the breakfast is not so good. Rooms are ok. One thing I did not like at all is that they ask for your ID and then later forget to return it. I noticed after I left the next day and since I was coming thru in 3-4 days I thought I could pick it up then. So in my return trip, I did not book this hotel due to the noise and breakfast. I did ask for my ID back and was surprised to find that they had probably 500 ID's in there that they did not return!!!! So I am definitely not going back....

It's a pity, the hotel have everything to be a nice option but attitude, and that is not easy to get. |Internet reservation with code, credit card and they try to ignore it, claiming that since I showed at 7 pm and their internal policy marks a deadline at 6 pm there is no guarantee. Luckily I'm a little stubborn. |They offer airport transportation and at 7 am when I requested it, the driver didn't arrive for 10 minutes and nothing happened. Muy mala experiencia con el servicio de limpieza. Venimos a Torreón a un evento familiar, salimos desde las 11 am y volvimos al hotel a las 5pm solo a cambiarnos de ropa y la señora apenas estaba limpiando nuestra habitación, no nos quejamos simplemente le pedimos 5 minutos para cambiarnos y ella hizo una muuy mala cara pero accedió y se salió de la habitación. Nos cambiamos de ropa y nos fuimos. Cuando regresamos a las 11pm, la habitación estaba igual, las sabanas revueltas, las camas sin hacer. Cuando llamamos a recepción para quejarnos solo dijeron que no habia nada que hacer pues ya no había nadie del personal de limpieza disponible. Nosotros tuvimos que tender las camas, pedimos nos llevaran una toalla extra y la toalla nunca llegó. En la mañana solo nos dijeron que despues de salirnos estuvieron llamando a la habitación para preguntarnos si ya nos habiamos salido para ir a limpiar, una justificación un tanto ilógica ya que nosotros le dijimos a la señora que solo 5 minutos y era obvio que ya estaríamos en la habitación.
