I stayed here for a month in a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom suite, daily maid service, indoor , roofed parking , 24 hr surveillance, 5 dlls buffet breakfast (eggs, chilaquiles, a mexican dish , cereal , milk , coffee, freshly baked bread etc.) you can rent this for 100 usd per day, its not on one of the main streets or avenues however its only a couple of blocks away the Calzada, and Madero , the street that takes you to Beautyful Downtown Leon or if you take the Calzada south youll arrive to the Cultural Forum, The State Fair facilities and the Polyforum Leon, Im still here yoday but I felt compelled to write a review since no one has yet. I recently stayed in this establishment with my spouse and daughter. ||Positives: 2 & 3 story townhouses with comfortable beds and minimalist furnishings.||Negatives: No A/C!!! Wifi is almost always down. Should you get a unit on the ||Tepeyac Street side (above the office), you will be bombarded by noise and bright||lights all night. SERVICE is almost nonexistent! The "front desk" attempted to||have me change units on 5 separate occasions after a overbooking error was||discovered for my unit. Es muy buena opción para los viajeros que desean y buscan lugares con estancia independiente donde tú puedas manejar tanto tu tiempo como tu espacio, sintiéndote en la libertad de cocinar, preparar y guardar tu propia comida. Es realmente bueno, además para quienes piensan pasar más de 5 días de estancia, es perfecto. Lo vale y la ubicación también. Lo único que le mejoraría es la implementación de A/C aunque sea en la habitación principal o sino en el comedor-sala, ya que el calor en estos meses es insoportable.
