Hotel Olinalá Diamante — Hotel in Guerrero

i stayed in this hotel for 4 nights/5days. the photos on the site are accurate. the hotel is clean. i enjoyed the location because it is in a guarded area, and is only 5 minutes from the beach, also located on the main strip for shopping. it is in the diamond area meaning that central acapulco is on the other side of the mountian. there were two of us, with reservations, we were not allowed to check in when we arrived, you can only check in after 3pm. our room had three double beds, and the hotel was not full, so i am not sure why we were given room so large with wasted beds. also, you are not allowed to leave on your air conditioner while you are out of the room. the day manager was not very friendly, she did not smile or really make us feel like we were welcome. but if you want privacy and a quiet location, this is a nice place. the pool area is...

We decided to go to Acapulco one day prior to our checking in at the Grand Mayan and this hotel was nearby. Also, it was reasonable and had 2 bedrooms so would accomodate our family. What a miserable way to begin our vacation!||First, the unit had been closed up without a/c so was very hot. The website advertised air conditioning but it was only in the bedrooms (small wall units) and not very effective. We asked the manager for a new water bottle and then left to go out for dinner. Our son decided to transfer $100 from his wallet to his suitcase since we were walking to a nearby restaurant and he didn't want to carry too much cash. Alas, when we returned, the $100 was missing. Tengan CUIDADO con este hotel.|| Coloca images e información engañosa|| TE ROBAN cosas de la habitación, no tienen cajas de seguridad y te dicen que no se hacen responsables. NO HAY NINGUNA PLAYA CERCA, te dicen que esta a 8 min en carro y 20 min caminando. Eso es una completa MENTIRA, esta completamente lejos de todo. No tiene estacionamiento. Tu coche se queda afuera en la bil banqueta, no hay seguridad, no hay agua caliente en la habitación y la alberca está helada y sucia. El desayuno es risible según es gratis pero como es una taza de café y una rebanada de pan Bimbo tienes que ordenar algo más y todo arriba de 100 pesos y las porciones miserables. Dice que acepta mascotas, te cobran $250 pesos por cada noche que pase la mascota ahí, una recepcionista te dice que puede estar en cualquier parte de las instalaciones con correa y después un señor de recepción te multa con $300 pesos porque según su reglamento, el que nunca nos mostraron, dice que no pueden salir las mascotas de la habitación ni con correa y si no le pagas los $300 pesos simplemente no te deja entrar a tu cuarto. El señor Guillermo de recepción te hace comentarios como : “ Para que trae a su mascota?, “la hubiera dejado en su casa”, este señor no dejo de hostigarme y vigilarme en mi estancia por llevar a mi perro, fue tanto el acoso que terminamos saliendo de ahí antes y obviamente no nos regresaron ni un peso. En serio este hotel es de película de terror el trato y el servicio es PÉSIMO y las instalaciones son viejas, las camas en verdad el piso era más atractivo que las camas. Además no es un hotel es una casa acondicionada. En verdad ahórrense el mal trago. Si piensan que por estar en la zona Diamante el lugar es modesto pero bueno están muy alejados de la realidad, ustedes van a terminar en una calle cerrada, muy lejos de la avenida y de todo, en una casa adaptada...
