I booked hotel with my miles. So I’m not expect anything. Especially I bring my dog. Because I bring my dog that the room I got on first floor. Seems those rooms for rest for hotel coworker. You can see the Cucaracha on the floor. And some one smoke in the room. The used tissue on the chair. That’s disgusting!!! 😤 and they don’t even offer WiFi and bottles of water!!! Think about that before you book the hotel ... Okay~ the end I told a girl about their service. I think she is only employee have brain. She try to fixed problem and change room for me.

Our stay at Romano Palace in Acapulco had its highs and lows. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, offering a fantastic perspective of the ocean and surrounding area. However, the room itself felt outdated, with worn-out furniture and a need for renovation. The towels were also quite shabby, showing signs of wear. While the location was great and the staff were friendly, the overall condition of the room was not up to the standard we expected. The view was a highlight, but the room could definitely use some updates.

I made a reservation and cancelled it. The hotel called me to ask what time I was going to arrive. I told them I wanted to cancel my reservation, but they hung up on me and minutes later they made me They collected the money, what a rip-off I've sent emails and they don't respond, I don't recommend them at all.

The Covid-19 pandemic has really hit Acapulco HARD! Additionally, the recent earthquake didn't help hotels in the area either. But, guest looking to book this hotel should know a few things. I was willing to let a lot of things go that would normally concern me about a hotel. But.....||||First: This hotel has not been updated at all since it was built. There were only 2 (2-pronged) outlets in the room. If you had a computer to charge/use - you were out of luck. The plumbing fixtures appear to be original to when the building was built. If you had children - it would be very easy for them to scald themselves while taking a shower. The toilet is updated and very noisy. It could wake the dead. ||||The wifi works sufficiently as this room was right outside the repeater which is clearly visible from the hallway. And, the AC worked too. ||||Second: The room looked and felt dirty after seeing mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom and shower curtain; you start to notice all the things that needed to be addressed/cleaned. The sink was intended to be "under mount" but appears to be cemented in place. The sliding patio door had a huge crack in it (I assume after the earthquake)||||Third: EVERY SINGLE HOTEL in a tropical area should supply their guests with ICE! This hotel charges $20 pesos for ice. It's a small amount; but, given all the other crummy elements you put up with staying at this hotel - - it is the least they could do for their guests. ||||I spoke with the manager to let him know that other hotels in Acapulco have ice machines and provide that ice to their guests as part of their room rates. He re-stated the hotel policy (absolutely useless!) ||||FINALLY: there are 2 elevators for a 22 story tower hotel. That is not sufficient. Additionally, they appeared to be mal-functioning. When you would press the PB button - every floor below you would light up. The elevator would stop on all floors below you and no one was waiting to get on. The floor of the elevator was never even with the floor it stopped on. I tripped a few times. Getting on these elevators after a earthquake was SCARY to say the least. ||||The location of this hotel is the only reason why I booked this location. I had nicer hotels that were less expensive that I could have stayed at - but chose this one because of the location. It is safe to say, I would never stay here again - under the current management and without a...

Seriously ... if you're so poor that you can't dig up another $10 - $15 a night for a decent place you should save up until you can. |Location might be this hotel's only virtue ... depending on your priorities. The beach is across 6-8 lanes (plus a wide boulevard) of unyielding traffic, but if you're fine with dashing across that, along with the many clubs pounding out noise until 4 am (sorry, it's not music) and incessant traffic chaos then you just might like the location. |Then it starts to go downhill from there: facilities are long past their glory years and haven't seen repairs & maintenance for far too long. |The pool: my God, the pool! crowded, overflowing with screeching urchins ... far too small to accommodate this size hotel filled with families; no shade anywhere, too few pool chairs; dirty water that actually had something really gross floating in it. |The problem is that it's quite cheap for large families to cram everyone into one room, so that's why you see a lot of overcrowding. |The staff, bless their non-judgmental hearts, really try their best to please everyone, but it sometimes has its limits. |Linens, towels, A/C units, elevators etc. will have to wait for discussing...

The only thing good about this hotel is the view and that everything is within walking distance. Very old hotel needs an upgrade, we booked 3 rooms for the family and one room the AC wasn’t working and the bed sheets were dirty. The other room the sink was clogged and the other room the bathroom floor was wet and it smelled like they hadn’t cleaned it yet. They don’t provide lotion, they’re stingy with their towels and trash cans don’t have any bags I had to request them. You have to pay extra for parking. The day we arrived the hotel parking supposedly was full so we had to park in a different parking structure that was farther and they charged more. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it. Hotel is not as pretty as the...
