One of my worst hotel experiences to date.||||1. We arrived to the airport and called the hotel to ask where to pick up the shuttle. The woman told me between gates 3 and 4. We went out to that area and waited for almost an hour. I called again and another person explained the hotel has a kiosk between gates 3 and 4 where you have to go to request the shuttle... hour wasted because of poor communication. (I am a native Spanish speaker so that was not the issue.)||||2. When we finally arrived to the hotel, we were given a room that was poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all. The floor was dirty and we pulled the blanket down, there was dried blood on the sheets. ||||3. We immediately went back down to the desk and complained. The lady didnt apologize, didnt offer to find us another room.. nothing of the sort. She said and I quote "the shuttle can take you back to the airport." Which is what we did. They got us back to the airport around 11pm at which time we had to find other accommodations.||||The place was dead so i know there were other rooms available. And even if there weren't, it baffles me that not even a weak apology was offered. To add insult to injury. They charged my card for the room. I called Expedia and the hotel and the hotel is denying the refund. So I have had to dispute the charge...

This hotel is very close to the Airport which is why I chose to stay there. Upon arrival, it was easy to get checked in. One thing I didn’t like was the service from the people at the front desk. They didn’t seem to like what they do. I think the cleaning staff were more welcoming than the front desk.

Windows of the lobby that show the street view were very dirty. Which kind of take a lot away from making this hotel look a lot better.

The rooms were really nice, simple, modern and the cozy. The mattress had the perfect firmness and the hammock chair they have was also really comfortable. I actually fell asleep on it as soon as I got back from a ride around the city.

WiFi was easy to set up and also was able to connect to streaming services on their TV.

The bathroom was simple and functional as well as their AC.

Lastly the street noise is really loud, i would recommend people to get ear plugs to sleep if they are sensitive to noise. I was able to sleep through the noise of honking, rough accelerating and the Jake brakes of trucks.

Lobby personnel was helpful in instructing me how to close the curtains because they rolled down automatically and also rolled up automatically. It happened twice but after I closed them the second time the large window remained covered by...

I don’t understand how this hotel has high reviews. When we arrived at our room we thought that the floor was under construction (which it was) - Our hallway was literally just bare wood and concrete floor. The staff at the front desk is unfriendly and unpleasant. Only the bus boys and luggage people and restaurant staff were friendly. Noooo smiles at the front desk. We went to sleep to the smell of fresh paint, and unable to turn the bright light off over the bathroom area which is controlled by a motion sensor. This means that any time that someone gets up during the night to go to the bathroom bright lights turned on and wake the rest of the room up. No mini fridge, no blow dryer, no closet - only a weird closet bar under a counter in the bathroom area where you might be able to hang a shirt. There is a massive large screen TV though that takes up almost an entire wall. My husband had to fly out in the morning, and I was staying to work, but was unable to really do anything because of the loud music and construction workers immediately outside my door. I attached a video just for fun. Never again Update: 2 months later and not even a reply from the management. That's a sign of bad business and total disengagement.

Very nice and modern rooms with a fantastic shower with great pressure and hot water. Some rooms on the first floor (2nd level) have balconies, which are nice and private. The check-in was easy and the free shuttle to the airport is convenient (20-25 minute ride). Shuttles in both terminals (T1,T2) meet at door 4. When you arrive at door 4, call the hotel and let them know that you are there. They will tell you how long the shuttle will be. Also, there is someone from the hotel working at door 4 and will assist you if needed. Unfortunately they do not have any signs or uniforms to identify themselves. The hotel will inform them that guests are waiting. For the morning shuttle, it is best to check with the reception as to what time you need to be in the lobby as the shuttle only carries 8 people at a time and there is only one shuttle. There is a restaurant on site with good reviews a cafe and an Oxxo near by. I would definitely stay again.
