Hotel Novo Coapa — Hotel in Mexico City

A friend booked this hotel for me because it was close to his house and he was going to be showing me around. The hotel is not in the heart of the city or the main tourist areas, but for my trip it was convenient. The area is much more residential and stores than touristy. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a small shopping area across the street with a grocery store, clothing store, a few counter service food options, and a few other small shops. Two blocks away there is a large shopping mall and there are a few restaurants nearby.||||I stayed for 5 nights. The room had a modern feel and was clean and comfortable. The shower was very nice, good water pressure, very big, always hot water. Two of the nights it did get a little bit noisy, but not enough so that I couldn't get to sleep, but a very light sleeper might have had trouble.||||I paid in cash because in order to pay credit card I would have had to pay each day instead of all at once and I decided cash up front would be easier. And I was supposed to return my key to the front desk when I left the hotel, but they really didn't seem to care if I returned the key when I ran out for dinner or to do some quick shopping. Mi novio y yo fuimos y todo estuvo bien hasta que hubo dos cosas que no me parecieron nada, la primera es que pedí cervezas y por lo general nosotros no somos malos con las propinas (sabemos que es trabajo) pero solemos dejar $100 en la puertita donde pasan las cosas y $100 para quien vaya a limpiar la habitación. Bueno. Pues pedí las cervezas y ya las había agarrado y todo y escucho que la persona me dice “¿y de servicio nada?” Y yo me quedé así de “uy no me vaya a ir corriendo”. Ok le di sus $100 y equis pero es molesto que en vez de ganárselo a la buena, te hablen como si fuera obligatorio. La segunda queja GRANDE que tengo es la limpieza. Mi novio y yo nos metimos a la alberca y vi el agua rara del lado de la mesita (abajo de las escaleras) le dije que se veía sucia pero él me dijo que era porque la mesa “soltaba cierta grasa” porque es metal oxidado, para mí, tuvo lógica. El problema comenzó al otro día que andábamos los dos ya con una infección por la alberca. Fuimos a consulta y pues resulta que la alberca estaba sucia y agarramos una bacteria de ahí.

La verdad todo está bien fuera de eso, solemos hacernos clientes frecuentes de donde nos guste pero definitivamente es una mala experiencia pasar por algo así por mala higiene de su lugar, pagamos 3 veces la cantidad de $2,900 porque nos sentíamos a gusto pero ya no nos dejaron pagar más tiempo porque según iba a llegar alguien que ya había pagado.

Son un buen lugar pero su limpieza en la alberca fue realmente...

Mucho Ojo y ten cuidado si no ERES de CDMX y estas de paso. AGUAS Tengo la necesidad de ir a Cd. De Mexico por aplicacion de Quimioterapias, me queda de paso este lugar y tuve la necesidad de quedarme con mibesposa para descansar los dolores son fuertes. Quien me recibio y me indico que habia pocos espacios por que los usuarios aprovechaban que la estancia era de 8 horas y solo quedaba espacio con alberca y espacio sencillo, obvio solo requeria espcio sencillo. No te dan la información adecuada para que no puedas usar las habitaciones y te obligan a usar la villas del motel, de lo cual les Platico te dicen 8hrs (que para descansar y seguir carretera son Factibles) Te mienten y al final te dicen que son 6 horas, contradiciendo a quien te asigno la habitación. Que me insistio que por los dias aprovechaban los usuarios a quedarse por 8 horas. SI ERES TURISTA NO TE HOSPEDES AQUI Y REALIZA TU RESERVASION VÍA OTRAS OPOCIONES EN LINE. ‼️SUPER MAL SERVICIO ‼️ LAS LLAMADAS A QUE DESOCUPES SON GROSERAS Y OBVIO DESAGRADABLES POR QUE SON CONTRADICTORIAS A LO QUE TE OFRECEN AL RECIBIRTE.
