I recently stayed at Hotel Mansion Solis for a special occasion and was initially impressed by its nice facilities and upscale ambiance. However, my experience was marred by the consistently rude behavior of the receptionist and manager. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist greeted us with a cold demeanor and made no effort to be welcoming. Throughout our stay, they continued to display rude behavior, making faces and failing to hide their disdain. Even during check-out, their lack of professionalism was evident, as they seemed inconvenienced by our presence and made no effort to be kind. Despite the hotel's high prices and luxurious amenities, the unprofessionalism of the staff members significantly detracted from our experience. It's disappointing to encounter such behavior in a hotel of this caliber. I hope that Hotel Mansion Solis takes steps to address these issues and provide proper training for their staff members on hospitality and professionalism. Until then, I can not recommend this hotel to others.
Dear Mr. Estrada,
Thank you for taking the time to respond to my feedback regarding our recent stay at Mansion Solis. However, I’m concerned that my experience seems to have been misunderstood.
During our stay, I felt that my family and I were treated with suspicion, as if we were being accused of wrongdoing. The issue with our room assignment, having to wait for an extra rollaway bed, and the service we received in the restaurant all contributed to a feeling of being unwelcome. We truly hoped for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience, but instead felt overlooked and dismissed.
I appreciate your commitment to addressing feedback, but I believe it would be helpful for you to understand the specific instances that led to our dissatisfaction. Clearer communication and more attentive service could significantly improve the experiences of future guests.
Thank you for your attention to this...
Read moreI was very excited! looking forward to take my family to a great experience at the Mansion Solis on our trip to Morelia Mich. Instead I experience a bitter sweet estayed. On our arrival everything seem to be great, until it didn't.
We checked in September 15th, the room was ready before our check in time which it was a plus.
It was a night before Mexican Independence Day, they were having a Mexican night celebration so the restaurant and bar weren't available for the hotel guests. It was available only with reservation for thatninght . I thought that was a liitle odd because when I made the reservation for my stay they didn't notify me. They didn't notify me that they were remodeling the pool as well.
Long story short, we showed up to the Mexican night celebration, to our surprise we were not in the guest list when we were told by the receptionist she had made the reservation for us.
After the girl at the door talked to the staff they tried to accommodate us at the terrace but, we had to share table with two other people. MY husband and I decided not to saty after all.
Instead we went to Macazaga Cava & Grill. Delicious food and great costumer service! We would never go back to Mansion Solis. I would give zero recommendation to this place. This place is over price and don't give priority to...
