We were hastily looking for hotels in a busy festive weekend in Morelia (el grito de independencia) since we had to checked out from por original hotel (turns out it was super noisy, messy and with questionable conditions) and so this place appeared from heaven!||Great reception; trained, client-oriented workers eager to help. |Fantastic entry, halls and rooms. Elegant decoration and wide spaces. |Beds were incredibly comfortable (I struggle to get out of bed, I was very relaxed) Everything was shiny clean and quiet, this last part is a must when you spend all day touristing.||Restaurant was delicious and attentive staff was there all the time. I just had breakfast but the lunch menu looked very tasty as well. ||No complaints, honestly I am pleasantly surprised; the rates are totally aligned with what you receive....

The hotel is beautiful, but the customer service is the worst! The bar tender was extremely rude! Never even acknowledged us, didn’t even made eye contact with us, didn’t offer us a drink. My son and his friend were able to get a drink, and when they asked for the bill, the boy/girl what ever gender she was trying to assume said nothing walked away, came back 5 minutes later and without saying anything AGAIN! Gave them the bill. We stayed there for 7 days and the treatment never changed. I will NOT be coming back. You guys need to hire people that actually want to work. We had the same awful service the only one day we decided to get breakfast at the hotel. We travel every year, but will spend my money in a...
