Holiday Inn Express Mexico - Toreo by IHG — Hotel in Naucalpan de Juárez

This was my second visit to this hotel... both times for work. While not in the most desirable location (on a busy street, surrounded by factories and potholes), it was still fairly close to my work meetings.

The great news is, once you step inside (and even the small garden terrace outside the front door), the traffic chaos quickly disappears and you're treated with outstanding guest service, contemporary, stylish decor, incredibly comfortable, spacious rooms, and luxurious bedding with a huge shower.

Breakfast is included and provides many good options, and even the room service food was quite tasty. About two blocks away, you can find three good options for off-site food: Las Alitas - a wings place, Toks Restaurant, and Oxxo - a convenience store for a quick grab and go.

A beautiful hotel in the middle of a very industrial area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Be sure to use the fixed price transportation from the hotel rather than metered taxis. Traffic in this area is particularly bad, and a simple 1-2km trip could cost you hundreds of pesos.

A hot breakfast is provided daily. Cereal, fresh fruit, fresh juices, chilaquiles, scrambled eggs, a local dish or two, and the usual bread and pastries. Be sure to bring your voucher with you for breakfast.

This premise is new. I doubt about its location but it was a surprise to experience the great location, service, room's quality this hotel has. ||It is 5 minutes from a brand new comercial mall, if you go to industrial zone in Tlalnepantla or if you go to Polanco or palmas zone it is perfect. Also if you fly from Toluca's airport to save money, there is a bus passing every 15 minutes to Toluca just 200 yards from the hotel. ||The quality of service exceptional.
