My family of five (kids are 21, 14, 12) did a jungle horseback ride with Alfredo. It was just incredible and the best ride we've ever been on! Alex was super communicative from the very start of attempting to book our private tour for the next day. Responsive and helpful and accommodating. He set us up with Alfredo as our tour guide, yet Alex stayed in contact with me for about an hour before our tour as we were having trouble getting to the location due to our own wrong turn and not seeing Alfredo when we drove by. Alex was always in communication. I was a little hesitant to start... weren't sure about where we were going, or how far back into the jungle we were going, cell phones didn't work (which Alex told me they would not), and the horses weren't there when we arrived... but they arrived soon after and we had just THE BEST ride. Not at all like a typical ride the US (super restrictive and boring with all these rules: single line of slowly walking horses on a flat path) this was true jungle riding with hills, going through bushes and trees, at kinda your own pace. Alfredo even had to cut a path with a machete for us to get through and the kids thought that was just the highlight, lol. We ended at the Ranch, that was closed, but got to use bathrooms, say hi to all the friendly puppies there, have some bottled water, and then we took a van back to our car. We would absolutely do other tours with them when we go back, as it feels Alex is operating a very authentic, yet...

I could not have been happier with Alex and his crew. Great communication thought the booking process, no hidden fees or issues. My family and I were picked up in a clean air conditioned van that was on time.

The adventure was fun and the guides did a great job of making sure everyone was well taken care of and felt safe.

I would recommend this adventure to anyone looking for something a little different from a family owned...

From start to finish i cant say anything but Great Experience !! The whole team gives A1 service , atv were in great condition , tour guides were informitive and funny and took great care of us overall. Cant wait...
