I book 2 rooms the first room for 3 nights and the second for two nights. When I get there I tell the lady at the front desk that the second room is for my mother that is in a wheel chair and will be getting here tomorrow. The next morning I remind her that my mother gets here today and that I need a room next to her because I have to help her. In the late evening around 1am when we get at the hotel from the airport, we go to the front desk and I tell the guy that I need the keys to the other room next to mine and he completely gives me attitude telling me that the girl did not do anything and that it was going to be impossible for him to accommodate me at the end after throwing a tantrum he finally moved my room to the second floor and place my mother next to mine. My mother's room was very difficult for her because the door covers the restroom when it is open and it makes it very difficult for her to sit on the toilet since she is in a wheelchair. The bad thing is that this hotel has wheelchair accessible rooms but there in the tower that just has stairs and no elevator access. This hotel discriminates against handicapped people and obviously does not care; because, everyone knows and no one does...

On the second day, she singled out my boyfriend and me in the breakfast room, as soon as we walked in inquiring about our apartment number—a practice we didn’t observe with any other guests during our stay. Despite waiting until our last day before expressing our concerns, “Jordana /Giordana” consistently neglected to approach anyone else, making her actions seem disrespectful, prejudiced and disappointing.
On a positive note, the food served was pretty decent. While the overall stay was satisfactory, addressing these inconsistencies in employee behavior would greatly enhance the hotel’s reputation and guest...
