Terrible experience from beginning to end. This wasn’t a Hilton experience that one would be used to. Although we were supposedly upgraded the room needed deep cleaning not just sheets and coffee replaced. Scuffs on door, dusty, toilet wasn’t always working. Room temperature was off, windows dirty, one of the TVs wasn’t working. The staff wasn’t friendly most of the time, more as a fake or aloof attitude. Maybe two out of the many staff members we encountered were my authentically nice. Calling the front desk or service was not an option as they hardly answered. The gym was way too hot and slippery by the pool, it stayed open 24 hours but they randomly close it at nights. The restaurant food looked good, but lacked flavor, we felt as though we were in a diner. The staff very slow and take a long time for just a simple cup of coffee, even the juice was watered down. Don’t order room service; they’ll bring you the wrong order or worse half of it will be cold and stale. The hotel had construction close to it and that wasn’t mentioned before booking. They have a large area by outside lobby bar, but it lacks ambience and service. Twice I saw staff congregate by back of area and took awhile to come back out, one was putting on makeup at the bar. The area needs serious updating especially the outside front by hotel and the patio. The lobby / lounge doesn’t really come up to you to ask if you want service, you have to go to bar even though there are two employees there. No bar menu or sides to order out of. As soon as you walk into hotel the aroma is so strong that you feel you drank the perfume. It’s overpowering and not at all pleasant. There isn’t any music on speakers or anything to make it as if you’d like to enjoy it. The front desk and some other employees like to congregate there too just chatting away not noticing you may need a refill. There wasn’t ever a concierge there even though we were told there was. A manager helped with a reservation , but nothing we couldn’t do as it was done through open table and there wasn’t any mention of a birthday celebration so restaurant didn’t know ( that ruined surprise), the vip lounge is nice but again lacks ambience, windows are dirty, the espresso / coffee machine throughout the day hardly has water in it and the mini refrigerator for guest is hardly stocked or cold. The food they serve is as if it came from the kitchen the day before, left overs and not at all appetizing, stick to the chips or candy otherwise not worth it. The management staff doesn’t seem to understand how to be effective in solving issues as our room wasn’t ever addressed on the issues. It took about 4 times to get someone to look at toilet and TV and a few times to request towels, clean sheets, coffee cups and worse yet to pick up room service left outside for a few days. We complained about guest smoking near us , it nothing was really done about it as we weren’t moved nor were they. Even if they were warned- it continued through our stay. There is a mall across hotel , but nothing spectacular, great grocery store near by with a lot better options for food and drinks. I wouldn’t ever recommend this hotel, there are many other better options near that area for less and even if not less- this hotel is not a Hilton Brand , it’s more motel meets trying to be a hotel. It’s also not entirely safe in the back of hotel coming in through the mall. I would advice to go with a person and only in...

Read moreLet’s start here, after 3 days stay, it’s my last day stay at MS millennium today, and I can’t wait to write a review. I came from USA on a business trip. The staff made my stay worth it. It’s a very safe place and location is wonderful (view of mountains and in downtown)
Hotel ambience- its amazing, quite clean. cleaning lady and room service people are awesome. I am staying in a room with balcony. It’s worth the view. I wouldn’t have enjoyed the hotel in any other room as I enjoyed in the room with balcony (this enhanced my stay experience in this hotel). Staff is very responsive to guest service and room service calls and have a quick service. The cleanliness was imp to me. So I called the hotel before hand and made a note to clean it properly. They were helpful and made a note. Room was clean when I reached. and if you want more clean, just call guest service. They are very responsive.
Restaurant- I am a vegetarian. I got options to eat from the menu. They have a English menu too. Veggie pizza was very good. Breakfast and lunch has buffet options ($17 dollars each almost). I took dishes from menu. Mr.Miguel (our server) he is so nice and goes a extra mile to make sure you get to enjoy your food. One of the best staffs that this hotel has. I loved the different kind of hot sauce he served.
Pool and gym- it’s small but enough. We ordered drinks and appetizers at pool. It was good. If you are only coming for gym and pool then don’t come here, but if coming for a wonderful stay and great hospitality then do come here.
It’s in the middle of downtown! The mall is like 2 mins walk from the hotel. I was worried to read the negative reviews at first. But when I came here, I was made sure that I have a good stay. If something goes wrong- call guest service. They will look into it...
