Yamasan Ramen House — Restaurant in Nuevo León

La verdad siempre que voy el servicio es malísimo pero he continuado yendo SOLAMENTE POR EL RAMEN. Pero el día de ayer en la noche en verdad pasaron muchos límites y recibí el PEOR servicio. Fui a cenar con una amiga, pedí un ramen vegetariano, me dijeron que no tenían, pedí un naruto y llegó a mi mesa sin naruto. Llamé a la mesera para preguntar porque no estaba completo mi platillo y decirle que tenía una pésima presentación (estaba todo revuelto y los ingredientes ni se veían además de que el huevo duro estaba cocido de más), a lo que response molesta y haciéndome caras que no hay. Le dije que nadie me lo comentó y de haber sabido, pedia un platillo que estuviera completo y pregunté con que lo iban a sustituir, una vez más con tono molesto me responde que con nada porque se me debió haber comentado y era cosa mía haberlo pedido aún así (nadie me mencionó en ningún momento eso), el chef me mando repollo y la verdad no quede satisfecha pero lo acepté. Al final mi amiga pidió el resto de su comida para llevar y al recibir la cuenta notamos que le estaban cobrando un contenedor. En lo personal me parece buena idea cobrarlos para evitar que la gente use deshechables y tomen consciencia de sus desperdicios, pero es muy importante y parte de un buen servicio mencionar cuando las cosas que pedimos tienen un cargo extra, 15$ no representan un problema y la molestia no es el precio del contenedor sino la falta de actitud de servicio y pésima organización del personal. Pedimos hablar con el gerente y la chica una vez más contesta apática y grosera que no podemos hablar con nadie porque su gerente se va temprano. Jamás ofreció solucionar las cosas, jamás intentó mantenernos contentas, parecía que nos estaba haciendo un favor al estar ahí cuando no es así.

The food is ok but they have a lousy service. It was a cold and busy day, we got a table outside and two of the things they use to warm up the place weren't working. The waiters made a lot of noise messing with those things.. nothing worked, then we requested a table inside and , even when there were many available, they refused to move us.

Food took around 30 mins and was decent. Getting a waiter to come to the table is hard, you have to raise your voice and call them several times. I...

I might not be an expert, but I have tried at least 3 different types of Ramen restaurants, and Yamasan for me it's the best! I believe they have 12 different types of, but I have tried at least 6 or 8 ramen plates they have, and my favorite one is the Naruto. I recommend you the small one. For the restaurant, it's nice if you don't mind the small place, but there are tables outside. The staff, I believe they can improve a little bit, but still they are always friendly 😊 Always happy to come...
