Los Arcos — Restaurant in Nuevo León

This place is my favorite seafood restaurant in MONTERREY! I was greeted right when I came into the restaurant. They do valet parking. They sat us down 2 minutes after checking in. Their staff has amazing customer service, food drinks dessert are on point as well. Everything came out on time. I recommend everyone to try this place out!

Este restaurant es mi favorito restaurante que sirven comida de mar en MONTERREY! Me dijieron hola cuando vine al restaurante. Todo desde la comida refrescos todooo esta buenísimo. Les recomiendo que traten este lugar. Muy delicioso!

MARCH: 2019 - Came back to Monterrey and of course I had to come back here! I love how Cristian remembers my dad since he is a regular here. Their lemonade with mineral water is my favorite and all of their food is my favorite! They have a kids room where kids can draw, play, and watch movies and the waiters will bring the kids food in there so they can eat while still being entertained. Sunday brunch in Monterrey, this restaurant was packed to the rafters. We didn't have a reservation, but the 45 minute wait went smoothly as we spoke with many friendly locals waiting for their tables after attending church services. We took photos with grandmas and grandchildren and talked about the local soccer team's upcoming game. The service here was good but definitely not up to the same quality standards at Contramar CDMX or Campomar Arboleda. The oysters were small, dessicated and flavorless. The grilled shrimp had a mushy texture and were doused in a "mayonnaisey" sauce to mask their past prime freshness. We also ordered the grilled filet of robalo (no photo - too sad😢) that was thin and dried out. The servers don't speak much English, but we're very professional and polite. I just had the most amazing time at Mariscos Los Arcos trying their shrimp with mango sauce and ceviche! The shrimp were cooked to perfection, and the mango sauce added a tangy and refreshing twist. The ceviche was so fresh and flavorful, with a zesty kick that made my taste buds dance. The portions were generous, and the presentation was on point. The casual and lively atmosphere made the experience even better. The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home.
