Villa Noria, La Casa del Barro Verde, was an excellent choice for our family of 8. The unit was very clean, and everyone in our family was comfortable and enjoyed their private rooms, bathroom and amenities. HOLT did a fine job keeping us posted on everything we needed to know and be aware of. I would recommend HOLT and this house in particular if you have a large group traveling to visit Oaxaca de Juarez. This review is only for the first floor, which sleeps 9. This was a very interesting property, we rented the Entire Villa but there was no kitchen, this was 3 bedrooms and 1 small living area. The description states: “You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.” Which is 100% not true. The place is very beautifully decorated with a minimalist style. A bit noisy with the upstairs guests. My friends and I had a great time staying in Villa Noria. The bedrooms are spacious, quiet, and the beds are super comfortable. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from the center of the city. The rooftop is the best part of the house, the area is beautifully designed, there is a jacuzzi, a grill, a dining table for large groups, plenty of sitting space, and an amazing view of the city.
