La Moraleda Resort & Garden — Hotel in Puebla

La Moraleda is a brand-new hotel/restaurant/bar/garden/steakhouse integrated into one compound:

Another innovation will be the farmers market planned to be by the side of the hotel in a near future where vendors from the surrounding villages can offer their wares directly to the guests.

Atlixco's main plaza is minutes away from La Moraleda site and its location close to the highway but NOT ON the highway provides plenty of access and privacy at the same time.

In addition to all the niceties of La Moraleda, you also have the enchants of Atlixco and neighbouring villages. Ask the stafft arrange for you a tour on "La Ruta del Mezcal" (which was my favorite tour) and learn, witness and sample the intricate process of the making of mezcal. *They can also arrange guided tours of Atlixco, Cholula and its biggest pyramid in the whole world, (yes, biggest than the ones in Egypt by volume), Zacatlan de las Manzanas, Chignahuapan, Puebla, and so many more Pueblos Magicos *tour of the firefly sanctuary, only available seasonally. *Skydive and fishing adventures among many others to choose from.

This hospitality compound is well-rounded to offer plenty of services for a long stay, short stay or the casual evening with the family or date.

This restaurant/hotel is one of my favourites in Atlixco, Puebla.

Whenever I have time to spare I come to this place to have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee so I can focus and get some work done on my laptop.

Its a very peaceful place with a pretty well maintained garden with a pool by the side.

Any time I come with my English bulldog they treat him like a human, which I love. They provide him with water and food for a very small cost on the side if you wish.

Ive been here multiple times and every time they are extremely friendly attentive and professional.

He visitado el hotel en tres ocasiones distintas a lo largo de los últimos dos años, así que mi opinión la doy con absoluta objetividad y franqueza.||Desde la primera visita la experiencia dejó mucho que desear, sin embargo se notó el esfuerzo del algunos miembros del personal en mitigar los errores y compensarnos por las fallas, asi que decidimos darles una segunda oportunidad porque como profesional de la industria de servicios que soy, sé perfectamente que en hoteles y restaurantes como en muchos otros negocios, puede haber días buenos y días malos, y a veces las fallas más graves no son más que consecuencia de las malas decisiones de los dueños y administradores, ni siquiera de los gerentes o encargados, pues estos últimos finalmente reciben indicaciones y ejecutan tal cual se les indica. Esto es muy común en los hoteles y restaurantes pequeños que son negocios familiares y no están sujetos a ningún tipo de estándar de calidad por parte de una cadena o franquicia.||El lugar para nada es como lo muestran en su publicidad. Basta con recorrer el jardín y los juegos para darse cuenta de ello. En una tercera ocasión solo fuimos al daypass y no tenían la calefacción encendida en la alberca, pese a que íbamos a eso. La encendieron hasta que se les dio la gana y eso fue una grosería total. ||Las habitaciones son incómodas, no están bien limpias, y del servicio en el restaurante mejor ni hablamos, es falla tras falla.
