We have been traveling through Mexico for two weeks now and so far this has been our best stay! Pucté is a little house with only four rooms right at the lagoon.

The rooms are wonderful! They are big and very modern and each has its own terrace/ balcony. In front of the house there is a big outdoor kitchen with everything you need and an area for hanging out. Further down is the dock into the water.

There are two SUPs and two kayaks that you can use for free. Every morning there is fresh coffee. It is very calm and quiet there.

Only thing you have to know is, that you definately need a car to get there and to go places for dinner and so on. Restaurants are not that far away but not in a walking distance.

We had the most wonderful...

My experience in Pucté has been more than gratifying. This place has the perfect balance between privacy and head-on connection into nature. The rooms have very elegant details, from the smell of the shampoo to the lightness of the drapes. The bed was pillow heaven. Waking up with the natural light and light breeze is as refreshing as the constant sound of the waves from the lagoon. The hosts are very detail oriented and respectful. I will surely come back in the future, this place...

Really nice environment with a sitting deck and dock right on the lagoon. Top floor rooms are perfect for the most privacy, but the bottom floor gets you visits from the sweet cat siblings. Complementary soaps, shampoos and lotion are really nice as is the breakfast and coffee offered daily in the open kitchen. Great choice if you are like us and like to be off the beaten path but a quick and easy drive into the center. The host is a great communicator and gave us fantastic...
