Cabañas María Isabel Bacalar — Hotel in Quintana Roo

We reserved 2 cabins for a family of 5,there are no extra beds possible, so we had to sleep 3 in one bed. Rooms are clean but basic, biggest problem is noise in rooms that are one above the other, you hear every movement. The team are very nice and helpful, price is too high for the level of rooms. It's on the lake but most rooms are up the hill It's a nice place but value for money not very good, too expensive. And it's a 7 minutes drive to bacalar, next time we'll take...

Just got back from a weekend at the cabins and I had a fantastic time! What a great place to unwind and rejuvenate. The staff was nice and helpful, and the views were breathtaking. I do recommend this retreat for anyone...

Por ser justos, el hotel es bonito y tiene buenas vistas pero la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Nos encontramos una bola de pelos en la ducha y ya veis cómo estaba el fregadero de la cocina. No hay ningún tipo de bar/servicio en el hotel y está a unos 5 km del pueblo. Si te toca una cabaña encima, el ruido es espantoso porque todo cruje. Además, los precios de las excursiones desde el hotel son bastante más caras. Lo que en el pueblo cuesta 350 pesos, allí ronda los 500, 550. Yo no volvería ni...
