Just wanted to write a bit of French as a good chauvinistic but I am not sure about the translation that will be done so for the staff to receive perfectly my feedback, I will continue in English. ||A good feedback must come with positive points and points for improving.||Positive points : the staff is lovely and make you feel at home. Very warm, very friendly, call you by your name very fast, ask always for feedback in order to improve your stay. Very good job guys! About the improvement part, the hotel is always developping new ideas, new projects. In the 6 months that I have been staying with them, they started a dinner service, opened a wide green area with grass and trees, proposed several activities for the families and kids like easter's chase, tours, holy week activities, father's day, etc. I stayed in a studio (one living-room, one kitchen, one room and one bathroom). The studio is well equiped with all the basics and facilities you may need for cooking by yourself. I saw in the comments that some people complain about the bed quality but for me it was very good (this is always a very personal point of view...). The location of the hotel is perfect if you work in the industrial area. About 10 min driving to the city center, an Oxxo and restaurants (about 6) are 2 min walking distance. And you don't have so much problems with the traffic that usually starts from where the hotel is located going back to the city after work.||About the points that can be improved : invoicing system is complicated. Most of the times they battle to send your invoice. I have been suggesting to send to one email address and then from this email address, send to all already saved clients email adresses. Gym is very small and usually overcrowded. And energy capacity is not enough for the two running machines which switch off if two person are using them at the same time. Accessories for cooking are reduced at the minimum. It would be appreciated to have more tools to cook. Accessories at the breakfast are also usually running short and it could be easily solved by buying more. They also have a lot of troubles with internet but are currently trying to solve it by changing the supplier. Another remark is that it seems that some guests that have cars don't have the remote to open the gates. They wait in front of the gates and honk the horn hoping that god will hear them and open the gate. I would suggest to always ask the guests if they have a car and give the remote to all drivers. It is true that the closet is very small for a long term hotel. Eventually, the houses are really noisy due to very thin walls. You can hear your neighboors speaking. There is not much that can be done but I would suggest to put rubber under the chairs to limit the noise of chairs being pulled. ||Thanks again for your kindness and I hope that the feedback will help you improve the satisfaction of your guest. I will definitly come back soon to...
Read moreI stayed at this hotel which is part of the extended stay hotel catering to business people mostly engineers and construction workers. I parked my car for 5 days and did not use the car during my entire stay. When I left for the plant which is 16km away, I saw a crack in the front window and made a claim to the hotel. The security personnel reviewed thevideo and saw no one near my car except that the guest relations personnell never saw the video and never informed how far away the video camera was installed and refused to any consideration to reimburse me for the damage. They even said that I had broken the window when I went to the plant. They never asked to see the foto of the cracked window and refused any reimbursement. ||Futhermore, when I checked in, the receptionist informed me that she could not confirm the payment and asked me to make a payment as a guarantee for 1 night. I gave my debit card and she informed me that it would take 3 to 4 days for this reimbursement. I informed her that our company uses this hotel in San Luis Potosi and I also informed her that this is less of a category than Hampton Inn which we use||in Silao and I never had any problems there. I refused to pay with my debit card and||she consulted with someone and informed me that I had to sign a document with the||debit card number and the 4 digit code on the back of the card. I informed her that ||the policy for incoming guest on sunday was absurd, and she that it was the policy of the sales dept. ||I cannot recommend this hotel as I had trouble sleeping at night and woke 3 to 4 times||every night. There is a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, gas range , pots and pans for cooking , but no hair dryer. The room is spacious but the couch is hard and not too comfortable. There 2 Television, but had problems with connections with CNN and NHK. I would have rathered stayed in Hotel One or City Express Hotel as this hotel cannot be recommended by me. Do not stay in Extended Hotel Chain as you ||get what you paid for.in terms or room and service and most of all guest relation is ||not responsible to their guests.||||Also, the address of the hotel is incorrect as I had problem locating this hotel. Very||very bad experience at this hotel.||||Conclusion is that the hotel does not provide attention and care to...
Read moreI recently came across this place as an option for booking through Kayak/Priceline and was really surprised by the deal I saw - $43 USD/ night for a 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms suite, including breakfast. This was the after tax price too. Traveling with 3 other people (my boyfriend, his mom, and his grandpa) the bigger space for the price and positive reviews sold it to me. Note: I booked this place 4 hours before arriving for check in. There were limited options close to the center of San Luis Potosí and we needed a place to park the car as well. ||This place is located in the industrial area about 15 minutes from the center. Honestly the drive wasn’t bad. Like the name says, it’s industrial looking but there were also other recognizable places like HEB, various hotels, and eating places in the area. The road that we pulled into to check in was a bit hard to find at night. Look for an Oxxo. Right after that is a security/guard station, who will let you in to the area for check in. (This place is a gated extended stay community. Another plus for safety.) ||The suite was GREAT. Big parking spot right out front. Walking in, the place looked spacious, clean, and welcoming. Modern decor, amenities, and appliances. TV and AC in every room. There was WIFI too. Breakfast the next morning was delicious as well. The aesthetics of the eating area was very farm chic. I like starting the day with a good juice and their green juice was excellent. ||A few minor things that the place could improve on: (1) Towels looked old/worn out. That could easily be updated. (2) The shower area and sink, basically any place where there’s water showed signs of wear. Proper care would preserve its usage and most specially cleanliness. Otherwise rust, mold, etc. will take over. ||Overall, despite a few things mentioned above, this is the BEST last minute find I’ve ever come across on my travels and I’ve stayed at places all over the world. We only stayed 1 night but would come back here again to stay short term...
