Hotel Araiza San Luis — Hotel in Sonora

I was disappointed. The website said coffee pots were provided in the room-there wasn't one to be found. When mentioned to the front desk the response was "Well you never asked." (Since when does someone advertise coffee in the rooms and you have to ask????) For some reason the room would never warm up. It was very cold in the room the whole time. The lobby was FREEZING as well as the restaurant!! (I wonder if they were trying to save money by not having the heat on?) No breakfast offered with the room. You need to buy it. The first morning I ate a lot, the second morning I ate very little! The second morning they tried to charge me more! (For less!!) I booked two nights because I knew I would need the 2nd night after having oral surgery done the 1st morning in town. Honestly, for the money paid for the hotel I would have to pass next time I'm in the area. I felt like I paid too much...

I was so excited to stay for the 1st time at Araiza Hotel in San Luis. It was a huge let down. The room was not very clean, lounging chair stained in the room. At the Restaurant I order Eggs and Chorizo with beans. For $11 dollars I get over cooked eggs and cold tablespoon of beans. When as to have the beans warmed they heated up the eggs instead causing them to be extremely dry and way overcooked.. I got one cup of coffee with grounds on the bottom. The service was very poor. Towels in the rooms were gross an off write color that the towels I wash my car with look better. No wash cloths, this was a first for me at a hotel.
