Burger King San Luis Rio Colorado — Restaurant in Sonora

My wife and I go out to eat 2 or 3 times a week, but the breakfast croissant we got was horrible, it felt like it was plastic no taste whatsoever. I cant believe they can sell that, I would think they have a critic to tell them it's bad food. The price is good, but I would rather pay a bit more for a good sandwich. After having our meals we decided to get a ice cream cone as desert, but when we went to order them we were told there was no ice cream, after a while we seen a lady get two cones, so we decided to go back to cashier and order our ice cream cones. But we were informed that they did have ice cream but they wouldn't sell us individual cones, that they would only offer the cones to combos that came with a cone. I thought...

I got there 15 minutes before their close time, and they didn't gave us service. I explained them all I wanted it was fries for my autistic son who only wanted fries, and I was on time before their sign said it was time to close. But no luck they said the other worker had ate the last fries.. to me its horrible service closing before their closing time and eating the product same before...
