Villas Nautico Chairel — Hotel in Tamaulipas

Send my parent along with my great aunt and uncle for a family reunion. It was a disaster. The house was not clean , along with the pool and yard. We had to ask for someone to come and and clean up the apartment so everyone can get settled. At night the room where my grandma stood with her sister leaking water into their bed. They weren't accommodating a t all. Never once did they try and move them to another Villa or discount their stay. The jacuzzi didn't work along with some of the other amenities they said they had. Such a beautiful place on line, but once you get there its not what your paying over....

Great place! Excellent security. So comfortable, clean and convenient. Just a short ride to the downtown areas and markets. Un lugar muy bello, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear, la srita Delia encargada del lugar muy antipática, aplica las reglas según su conveniencia, se te limita que tanto consumó de luz puedes realizar en tu estancia si no se aplica el pago de tu depósito, grabó a mi hermana son autorización porque de una manera muy grosera pidió que los visitantes se retiraran cuando el costo es excesivo se pagó 2700 por las 7 personas, y ella solo pidió que aplicará a todos los huéspedes de la misma manera. Las toallas agujeradas, no hacen el aseo para estancia de 5 días no te hacen cambios de toallas ni suministro como de papel los baños olían muy mal y no hay instrumental para lavarse, muy mala experiencia.
