This restaurant fails at every level. Food quality is below standard, and they should reflect this in their prices. Horribly overpriced for poor quality food. Service is tardy and lacks any demonstrated interest in customer needs or satisfaction. Cesar salad with arrachera is beyond unacceptable with wilted romaine lettuce with black spots, served with cheap grocery store croutons, and arrachera that was tougher than the bottom of an old boot. Thai rice was nothing close to being Thai, and had a horribly fishy taste and smell, which is surprising and disappointing for a port city where fresh shrimp is bountiful. Lighting was problematic with lights flickering throughout meal, and club music is totally inappropriate for a restaurant of this nature. The waiter was very kind and charismatic, providing excellent customer service—truly 1000/10. The food was exquisite and absolutely delicious. My favorite dishes were the aguachile and the quesabirrias. I don’t remember if the food took too long to arrive.
